The areas of regional interest (including\nPriority Living Area, Priority Agricultural Area and Strategic Environmental\nArea) provide greater certainty for investment in the development of the\nregion\u2019s agricultural and environmental resources and identified centres and\nlocalities, while still accommodating compatible resource activities to\nmaximise economic development opportunities. Strategic Cropping Land is used\nto define Strategic Cropping Areas and is the fourth area of regional interest\nunder the Regional Planning Interests Act 2014. Strategic Cropping Areas layer\nis not available in this map service. Please refer to other DNRM published\nservices for Strategic Cropping Areas.
